To the executives and employees of KOFINAS SA.

Dear…

Michael, Eugenia,
Kostas, Christos,

...employees & associates of the company KOFINAS S.A.

...My father always told us that if you don't build a house and marry a daughter, you haven't lived your life... My own opinion, as a mechanical engineer, is that building a house is another project, the result of which is equivalent to preparation, planning and of course the budget that has been made...

Actually now. For several years now (me and my family) we have had a lifelong dream, to build a new house, in the place of our old & small holiday home, Artemisa Attica...

But through the general economic difficulties, which we are going through lately, this dream seemed almost unattainable... But because the desire, sometimes, prevails over the concern, the dream is about to come true. And in record time...

The company KOFINAS SA built us our house, in which I was personally involved in the planning, studies and supervision.

And since I had designed our house, its image already existed in my imagination and in all the plans I made and corrected for several years...

Believing that reality is difficult to catch up with imagination..., I anxiously awaited the result of our efforts. And what I have to say is that it exceeded both my imagination and expectations.

In this result, a large share of "responsibility" also belongs to the people of the KOFINAS SA company, who helped us in all stages of construction. They fixed any imperfections we found and were always there with their experience and advice.

Apart from the advice though, I have to say the best about the materials and construction techniques they use and apply, which are excellent and of high quality.

So I want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, all the executives and employees of the company, not only for the result that exceeded even our expectations, but also for one more serious and essential reason..., that I succeeded and kept the cost construction within my budget. Something I was very anxious about…

THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The following poem, by Kostis Palamas, has been expressing and moving me for many years... I dedicate it to you and I hope it means something to you too...
