Thermal facade with self-extinguishing and waterproof polystyrene, with high impact resistance. The elastic silicone plaster prevents the appearance of cracks and waterproofs the roof.
50 mm concrete insulation with glass mesh is placed before the spreadable.
Certified material (EN13163 certification) with high thermal insulation capacity. It is self-extinguishing and waterproof. It also acts as a vapor barrier. In addition, it has soundproofing properties.
OSB category 3 with enormous mechanical properties. This material statically reinforces the masonry and gives the possibility to fix any weight at any point of the wall, without special addition.
Natural mineral wool offers excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance (category A1-non-combustible materials). Knauf Insulation's mineral wools with ECOSE Technology benefit from a formaldehyde-free binder, which is produced from rapidly renewable organic materials and contains no petroleum-based chemicals.
Timber:
The plasterboard false ceiling is not placed directly on the beams but is tied to a Knauf galvanized metal formwork
It is installed to remove water and prevent its accumulation. The mounting method excludes leaks.
It is a molded polyurethane-based elastic membrane. It polymerizes with the humidity of the atmosphere and forms a waterproofing membrane over the entire surface of the roof. It provides excellent protection against weather conditions and solar radiation, while protecting the rest of the roof materials from wear and tear.
Synthetic waterproofing material (Purenite) - Synthetic water-repellent material for the flat ponding surfaces on top of parapets. Prevents moisture absorption.
2nd bitumen sheet (with mosaic): Provides waterproofing on the roof. This is the second layer out of two in total, which are placed in a criss-cross arrangement.
1st bitumen sheet: Offers waterproofing on the roof. This is the first layer of two in total, which are placed in a cross arrangement between them.
The bituminous varnish offers waterproofing on the roof.
It provides insulation to the construction and protects against moisture, without allowing the appearance of water vapor that could gradually cause damage to the construction.
Certified gypsum board (EN520:2004+A1:2009 certification) of the Knauf company, 12.5 mm thick that meets the German standard DIN 18180. They have certifications of natural gypsum, as well as biological control.
