It is used for the passage of air inside the roof. With ventilation, excellent energy savings are achieved and the lifespan of the roof is extended.
Extremely weather resistant material. It is considered non-combustible and does not contain organic impurities such as wood or paper which are sensitive to moisture conditions and can lead to rotting or swelling of the material.
Timber:
Natural mineral wool offers excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance (category A1-non-combustible materials). Knauf Insulation's mineral wools with ECOSE Technology benefit from a formaldehyde-free binder, which is produced from rapidly renewable organic materials and contains no petroleum-based chemicals.
The roof includes tiles made from natural raw materials, their color does not change, they do not absorb moisture and are resistant to ice and temperature changes (-50 C).
Multi-layer reflective insulation. It consists of two outer layers of high-purity aluminum foil (99.9%) that reflect 97% of radiant heat. These two layers cover a strong layer of Air Bubble Film giving mechanical strength and additional resistance to heat transferred by induction.
Wooden joists of Swedish timber (dryer-baked, class C24) with particular resistance to distortion. As a result, the ceramic roof is highly resistant to time and severe weather conditions.
The ceramic roof membrane is 3 layers, vapor permeable (breathable), but completely waterproof. Protects roofs from condensation, rain, snow, dust and all weather conditions. Due to its high vapor permeability, it simultaneously allows the ventilation of houses from the inside.
OSB category 3 with enormous mechanical properties. This material statically reinforces the masonry and gives the possibility to fix any weight at any point of the wall, without special addition.
It provides insulation to the construction and protects against moisture, without allowing the appearance of water vapor that could gradually cause damage to the construction.
Certified gypsum board (EN520:2004+A1:2009 certification) of the Knauf company, 12.5 mm thick that meets the German standard DIN 18180. They have certifications of natural gypsum, as well as biological control.
