The first image with the company KOFINAS began with the sister's already completed house
\nof me and my son-in-law in Porto Rafti, from which we were amazed by the result
\nand the delivery time. Then, my mother and I said we would dare to
\nLet's make our own "dream" come true.<\/p>\n
Our personal contact with the company began in early October 2017, where we closed the
\nagreement. It took a long time, unfortunately, for the demolition permits to be issued and
\nconstruction, by the company's civil engineer (G.X.), resulting in quite a lot of
\noutside of time limits, for the delivery time of the house.<\/p>\n
This delay created several reservations for us, but when the work began,
\nearly August 2018, optimism and smiles returned to our lips, in order to
\nWe see our dream slowly coming true.<\/p>\n
All the people who worked on the construction of our house were pleasant,
\nwilling, helpful and we thank them very much for that.<\/p>\n
The company's foreman, Artemis Kavalaris, was the main pillar of our house and
\nof its implementation. He was very communicative and cooperative. In everything we needed
\nWhatever we asked for, he was always there to fulfill our wishes. In
\nThroughout this time, we were greatly helped by Eugenia Kofina, who was always smiling.
\nand willing to serve and give us a solution immediately and effectively
\nany problem that arose.<\/p>\n
The only complaint we could express on our part and towards future
\navoiding complaints to the company, was the absence of our civil engineer, during the
\nconstruction of the house.<\/p>\n
The delivery time, from the moment the house work began, was realized
\nwithin 40 days, as they had confirmed to us. September 2018 finally found us,
\nwith our new house.<\/p>\n
The result is the image of the house. And the image is the one we really had
\ndream.<\/p>\n
