The Passive House <strong>it&#039;s not a brand, but a design philosophy<\/strong> which is open to everyone and this has been proven in practice. Therefore, the passive house and building are <strong>more than just an energy efficient building or a simple energy house<\/strong>. the &quot;free&quot; heat, which through the exchanger heats the <strong>fresh air <\/strong>that enters the house. Correspondingly, in the summer the cold <strong>stale air<\/strong> will cool the hot one in the exchanger <strong>fresh air<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In case the above system is combined with geothermal energy (the <strong>fresh air<\/strong> to be dissipated first by the earth and then go to the exchanger,) the profits in both winter and summer are multiplied.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The installation of a conventional heating and cooling system can be avoided<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n            \n            \n            \n            \n            \n        <\/div>\n    <\/li>\n\n\n    \n    <li>\n        <div class=\"uk-panel\">\n\n            \n            \n                        <h3 class=\"uk-panel-title\">Costs and profits<\/h3>\n            \n            \n                        <div class=\"uk-margin\"><div class=\"uk-grid\">\n<div class=\"uk-width-medium-1-4\">\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"uk-align-left\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/kofinas\/passive-house\/passive-house-price-benefits-1.gif\" alt=\"Passive house price benefits\">      <\/div>\n<div class=\"uk-width-medium-3-4\">\n<p class=\"uk-text-justify\">Indicatively, the cost of a 100 sq m passive house is <strong>10% larger<\/strong> from a typical house of our company. The house&#039;s cooling and heating needs are zero.
