When we decided to build a small country house in Mesagros, Aegina, as residents of Athens and people with many obligations and an intensive lifestyle, we were particularly concerned about whether we would be able to meet the demands of a building, in terms of time and personal engagement.

So we thought of the prefabricated house solution. After contacts we had with various manufacturers, we ended up with the company Kofinas which inspired us with more confidence due to its long experience. The result of our cooperation not only did not disprove but on the contrary justified our choice.

After the usual and expected time spent in the approval process by the city planning department, the work finally begins. The company had informed us that the construction of the house would take approximately 25 days and to our concerns about the quality of the materials and the insulation of the house, they responded by guaranteeing that, after the completion of the project, we would be thrilled. Suspicious customers, like everyone else these days, we considered this to be a dose of exaggeration, which is part of the game when we talk about trade and the promotion of a product.

Now that the work has been completed and the house has been delivered, we can now say with certainty that we chose people who were completely consistent with what they had agreed to. There was not the slightest deviation from the amounts specified in our initial agreement, which is particularly important for anyone who, with a specific amount of money at their disposal, wants to see their house completed. The schedule was adhered to perfectly, with the house finally being completed within a period of 19 days! The quality of construction was impeccable, with materials that were of very good quality. The company's crews worked with particular coordination and intensively, so that no valuable time was lost. We also feel the need to congratulate the people who worked on the construction, who were very kind, cooperative, understanding and willing to satisfy our every – logical, of course – wish during the course of the work.

We would like to warmly thank the Kofinas company. We highly recommend it and while enjoying our new home, we will remember and commemorate our harmonious collaboration.
