I contacted K. Kofinas about building my house as a 1st floor in an existing ground floor residence. The reason was the lower cost and fast delivery.

I made the final decision after talking to Mr. Kofinas and he convinced me of the advantages of a prefabricated house.

Once all the details were sorted out and construction began, the house was delivered in less than 2 months. All the workers were polite and cooperative, as was anyone from the company we spoke to. Overall, the service was impeccable and I would recommend the company to anyone interested. One piece of advice: for any clarification, especially of a financial nature, any communication should be made in person at the company's offices to avoid misunderstandings. With good will, all difficulties were overcome.
