The company ΚΟΦΙΝΑΣ, for me and my family, covered the words QUALITY, TRUST, SAFETY, SPEED and more. Just like 27 years ago with the choice of purchasing a prefabricated house from the same company, so now with the construction of our new house, choosing ΚΟΦΙΝΑΣ was a one-way street.

What was agreed from the first moment was implemented and with the above both in terms of money and in the delivery time of the house. All the crews that participated in the construction of the house were in one word IMPROVED. In no case did I feel that the company would trick me with something hidden (the fine print we speak of) but on the contrary, additional options and solutions were often proposed without me having to pay anything extra. Moreover, from the first contact we had with Mr. Michalis after so many years, he literally embraced us, answered without hesitation every question and made us feel as if we were already in our new home. Finally, I would like to mention that the materials used are among the best currently available on the market.
