Nachdem wir bereits einen Monat in unserem neuen Haus gewohnt haben, m\u00f6chte ich einige Dinge dar\u00fcber sagen, in einfachen Worten, wie sie meinem eigenen Gef\u00fchl, meiner \u00c4sthetik und meinem Urteil entsprechen.<\/p>\n

Als wir uns entschieden haben, ein eigenes Haus zu besitzen und die Idee eines Fertighauses aufkam, war ich zugegebenerma\u00dfen ziemlich vorsichtig. Nat\u00fcrlich hatte ich keine Ahnung von der Bauweise. Ich fing an, nach verschiedenen Firmen zu suchen. Ich habe mit mehreren Herstellern \u00fcber Aufbau, Lieferzeit, Spezifikationen und Kosten gesprochen. Ich habe ziemlich viele Fertigh\u00e4user gesehen. Also war das Unternehmen an der Reihe KOFINAS<\/strong>. Der erste Eindruck von dem, was sie auf ihrer Website pr\u00e4sentierten, war sehr positiv. Unsere telefonische Kommunikation war informativ und klar.<\/p>\n

Wir trafen uns hautnah und nicht lange, Faktoren wie die Flexibilit\u00e4t der Pl\u00e4ne und ihre Anpassung an unseren eigenen Geschmack, die Behandlung und Leistungsbereitschaft, die Proben ihrer Arbeit, ihre Seriosit\u00e4t und langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung haben uns entschieden und H\u00e4nde geben. Nach einigen Besprechungen und \u00c4nderungen an den urspr\u00fcnglichen Pl\u00e4nen hatten wir schlie\u00dflich das Haus unserer Tr\u00e4ume auf dem Papier! Alles, was \u00fcbrig blieb, war, es aufgebaut zu sehen. Die Lieferzeit betrug 40 Tage. Endlich war das Haus fertig und wir bekamen den Schl\u00fcssel am 26. Tag! Die Art und Weise, wie die Mannschaften in diesen 26 Tagen gearbeitet haben, hatte nichts mit dem zu tun, was wir \u00fcber Baumannschaften wissen. Alle arbeiteten gleichzeitig 10 Stunden am Tag. Erfahren, aufmerksam bis ins kleinste Detail und immer bereit, unsere jede \u2013 auch alberne \u2013 Frage zu l\u00f6sen. Sie haben es uns nicht schwer gemacht und uns nicht im Geringsten gest\u00f6rt. Und ohne Ressentiments wurde alles so gemacht, wie wir es verlangten. Sie haben unsere kleinste "Fremdheit" befriedigt und eine L\u00f6sung bereitgestellt, um alles zu verwirklichen, worum wir gebeten haben.<\/p>\n

Heute sind wir in Antifilippi Kavala stolz auf unser 82 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfes Haus im Erdgeschoss mit einem 55 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfen Dachgeschoss f\u00fcr seine Funktionalit\u00e4t und \u00c4sthetik. Vielen Dank an seine Leute KOFINAS<\/strong>. Wir sind uns sicher, dass er uns von nun an in allen Belangen rund um unser Zuhause zur Seite stehen wird. <\/p>\n
