Als wir uns als Einwohner Athens und Menschen mit vielen Verpflichtungen und einem intensiven Lebensstil f\u00fcr den Bau eines kleinen Landhauses in Mesagro, \u00c4gina entschieden haben, waren wir besonders besorgt dar\u00fcber, ob wir den Anforderungen eines Geb\u00e4udes zeitlich und personell gerecht werden k\u00f6nnen . <\/p>\n

Also dachten wir an die L\u00f6sung des Fertighauses. Nach Kontakten mit verschiedenen Herstellern landeten wir schlie\u00dflich bei der Firma Kofinas, die uns durch ihre langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung mehr Vertrauen einfl\u00f6\u00dfte. Das Ergebnis unserer Zusammenarbeit hat unsere Wahl nicht nur nicht widerlegt, sondern im Gegenteil gerechtfertigt. <\/p>\n

Nach der \u00fcblichen und zu erwartenden Zeit des Planfeststellungsverfahrens geht es nun endlich los. Das Unternehmen hatte uns mitgeteilt, dass der Aufbau des Hauses etwa 25 Tage dauern w\u00fcrde, und auf unsere Bedenken hinsichtlich der Qualit\u00e4t der Materialien und der Isolierung des Hauses antworteten sie, dass sie zusicherten, dass wir nach Abschluss des Projekts zufrieden sein w\u00fcrden. Misstrauische Kunden, wie jeder heutzutage, dachten wir, es sei eine Dosis \u00dcbertreibung, die im Spiel ist, wenn wir \u00fcber Handel und Werbung f\u00fcr ein Produkt sprechen. <\/p>\n

Jetzt, da die Arbeiten abgeschlossen und das Haus \u00fcbergeben ist, k\u00f6nnen wir mit Gewissheit sagen, dass wir uns f\u00fcr Menschen entschieden haben, die sich voll und ganz an das gehalten haben, was sie vereinbart hatten. Es gab nicht die geringste Abweichung von den in unserem urspr\u00fcnglichen Vertrag festgelegten Betr\u00e4gen, was besonders wichtig f\u00fcr alle ist, die mit einem bestimmten Geldbetrag ihr Haus fertiggestellt sehen m\u00f6chten. Der Zeitplan wurde genau eingehalten, das Haus wurde schlie\u00dflich in 19 Tagen fertiggestellt! Die Bauqualit\u00e4t war einwandfrei, mit sehr hochwertigen Materialien. Damit keine kostbare Zeit verloren ging, arbeiteten die Crews des Unternehmens besonders koordiniert und intensiv. Gratulationen f\u00fchlen wir uns auch verpflichtet f\u00fcr die Moral der Menschen, die f\u00fcr den Bau gearbeitet haben, die h\u00f6flich, kooperativ, verst\u00e4ndlich und bereit waren, uns jeden \u2013 nat\u00fcrlich logischen \u2013 Wunsch im Laufe der Arbeit zu erf\u00fcllen. <\/p>\n
