Jeliko\u017e u\u017e uplynul m\u011bs\u00edc, co jsme se usadili v na\u0161em nov\u00e9m dom\u011b, r\u00e1d bych k tomu \u0159ekl p\u00e1r v\u011bc\u00ed jednoduch\u00fdmi slovy, jak jsou podle m\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edho c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed, estetiky a \u00fasudku.<\/p>\n

Kdy\u017e jsme se rozhodli vlastnit sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed d\u016fm a p\u0159i\u0161la my\u0161lenka na panel\u00e1k, mus\u00edm p\u0159iznat, \u017ee jsem byl docela opatrn\u00fd. O zp\u016fsobu stavby jsem samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nem\u011bl tu\u0161en\u00ed. Za\u010dal jsem hledat r\u016fzn\u00e9 firmy. Mluvil jsem s n\u011bkolika v\u00fdrobci o tom, jak sestavit, dodac\u00ed lh\u016fta, specifikace a n\u00e1klady. Vid\u011bl jsem docela dost panelov\u00fdch dom\u016f. Na \u0159adu tedy p\u0159i\u0161la spole\u010dnost KOFINAS<\/strong>. Prvn\u00ed dojem z toho, co prezentovali na sv\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch, byl velmi pozitivn\u00ed. Na\u0161e telefonick\u00e1 komunikace byla informativn\u00ed a jasn\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Poznali jsme se zbl\u00edzka a ne dlouho, faktory jako flexibilita pl\u00e1n\u016f a jejich p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed vlastn\u00edmu vkusu, zach\u00e1zen\u00ed a ochota slou\u017eit, uk\u00e1zky jejich pr\u00e1ce, seri\u00f3znost a dlouholet\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti n\u00e1s p\u0159im\u011bly k rozhodnut\u00ed a podat ruce. Po n\u011bkolika sch\u016fzk\u00e1ch a zm\u011bn\u00e1ch toho, co jsme cht\u011bli na p\u016fvodn\u00edch pl\u00e1nech, jsme nakonec m\u011bli d\u016fm na\u0161ich sn\u016f na pap\u00ed\u0159e! Nezb\u00fdvalo ne\u017e vid\u011bt, jak je to nastaven\u00e9. Dodac\u00ed lh\u016fta byla 40 dn\u00ed. Kone\u010dn\u011b byl d\u016fm dokon\u010den a kl\u00ed\u010d jsme dostali 26. den! Zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm pos\u00e1dky b\u011bhem t\u011bch 26 dn\u016f pracovaly, nem\u011bl nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho s t\u00edm, co v\u00edme o stavebn\u00edch \u010det\u00e1ch. V\u0161ichni pracovali ve stejnou dobu 10 hodin denn\u011b. Zku\u0161en\u00ed, rychle dbaj\u00edc\u00ed na ten nejmen\u0161\u00ed detail a v\u017edy ochotn\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161it ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1\u0161 \u2013 i hloup\u00fd \u2013 dotaz. Ned\u011blali n\u00e1m to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 a ani v nejmen\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1s neobt\u011b\u017eovali. A bez z\u00e1\u0161ti v\u0161e prob\u011bhlo tak, jak jsme je po\u017e\u00e1dali. Uspokojili i na\u0161i nejmen\u0161\u00ed \u201epodivnost\u201c a poskytli \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 realizovat v\u0161e, co jsme po\u017eadovali.<\/p>\n

Dnes jsme v Antifilippi Kavala hrd\u00ed na n\u00e1\u0161 d\u016fm v p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed o rozloze 82 m2 s podkrov\u00edm 55 m2 pro jeho funk\u010dnost a estetiku. Jej\u00edm lidem pat\u0159\u00ed velk\u00fd d\u00edk KOFINAS<\/strong>. Jsme si jisti, \u017ee od t\u00e9to chv\u00edle bude po na\u0161em boku ve v\u0161em, co ohledn\u011b na\u0161eho domova pot\u0159ebujeme. <\/p>\n
