Proto\u017ee \u010dasy jsou t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 s podvodn\u00edky a rozbit\u00fdmi staviteli, kte\u0159\u00ed riskuj\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu pen\u011bz, nejen \u017ee jsem nelitoval spolupr\u00e1ce s KOFINA, ale chv\u00e1l\u00edm p\u00e1na, kter\u00fd m\u011b tam p\u0159ivedl, a j\u00e1 jsem zm\u011bnil n\u00e1zor na jin\u00fd typ stavby, kter\u00fd jsem p\u016fvodn\u011b cht\u011bl.<\/p>\n

To, \u017ee jsme se dohodli, neporu\u0161ilo v\u016fbec nic. Materi\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edval, byly v\u0161echny od za\u010d\u00e1tku a\u017e do konce certifikov\u00e1ny t\u011bmi nejlep\u0161\u00edmi spole\u010dnostmi. Nikde m\u011b nepodvedl, ani stavebn\u011b, ani finan\u010dn\u011b, p\u0159itom mohl m\u00edt, kdyby cht\u011bl, na mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme od za\u010d\u00e1tku nespecifikovali.<\/p>\n

Velmi dob\u0159e se n\u00e1m spolupracovalo s panem Michalisem Kofinasem a jeho p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdmi Kostasem, Pigi, Eugeni\u00ed.<\/p>\n

D\u016fm byl dod\u00e1n za 35 dn\u00ed v limitu, bylo provedeno jak jsem cht\u011bl, jak jsem o\u010dek\u00e1val s perfektn\u00ed tepelnou a zvukovou izolac\u00ed, lidsky.<\/p>\n

Nyn\u00ed v\u00e1m \u0159eknu o technick\u00e9m person\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd m\u011b ohromil. Vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed technick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, tvrd\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, metodi\u010dt\u00ed, byli kooperativn\u00ed, zdvo\u0159il\u00ed, dob\u0159\u00ed kluci, \u017ee Kofinas pro\u0161el t\u011b\u017ekou zkou\u0161kou, proto\u017ee dobr\u00e9 domy se ned\u011blaj\u00ed jen v modern\u00edch tov\u00e1rn\u00e1ch, jako je Kofinas, modern\u00ed designy a n\u00e1pady, kter\u00e9 spole\u010dnost m\u00e1, ale jsou vyrobeny a s dobr\u00fdmi \u0159emesln\u00edky, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 po sv\u00e9m boku. Nebyla tam \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 nedbalost, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 skvrna.<\/p>\n

Po tom v\u0161em mus\u00edm PROHL\u00c1SIT, \u017ee kdybych m\u011bl postavit 100 dom\u016f, postavil bych je D\u0158EV\u011aN\u00ddM PREKATEM a KOFINA bych je postavil.<\/p>\n
